Joanna Tolbert is a Florida native and the proud mother of a Florida Gator! She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida, and her doctorate degree from Barry University School of Law.  Ms. Tolbert is a title agent working with The Fund / Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

Ms. Tolbert has devoted her legal career to defense work, providing her clients with very personal and reliable assistance. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Seminole County Bar Association.
